Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of InfFyn, operated by InfFyn, Inc. By creating an account, running an audit, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

InfFyn provides financial projections and efficiency audits of AI inference spend for informational purposes only. InfFyn is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and nothing in the product constitutes such advice.

You are responsible for any business, accounting, pricing, or procurement decision you make. Where material, you should validate InfFyn's outputs with your own finance, tax, and engineering teams.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide to InfFyn, including AI usage exports, provider invoices, revenue figures, and any per-model revenue weightings used for GPp1M calculations. InfFyn's outputs are only as accurate as the inputs you supply.

You confirm that you have the right to share the data you upload with InfFyn and to have it processed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

InfFyn's metrics — including spend per 1M tokens and GPp1M (gross profit per million tokens) — are projections derived from the usage sample you upload or expose via a read-only connection. They reflect the time window and the model/segment breakdown present in that sample.

Estimated savings, headline findings, and run-rate figures are model-based extrapolations. Actual outcomes will vary based on traffic mix, pricing changes by your AI providers, model substitution quality, and operational factors outside InfFyn's control.

• Free Audit (cost-only). Processes uploaded usage data in memory and returns a per-model spend breakdown (spend per 1M tokens) and one quantified headline finding. No revenue attribution. Inputs are not retained.
• Detailed Audit (revenue-attributed). Adds revenue inputs and computes GPp1M and segment-level margin diagnostics. Available in two configurations:
  • Camp 1 — AI in product. Revenue is attributed to model usage (evenly by tokens by default, or by the optional weights you supply) to compute profit per token.
  • Camp 2 — Internal / operational. No revenue attribution is performed; profit metrics are intentionally suppressed and cost-efficiency findings are surfaced instead.
• Continuous monitoring. Periodic re-runs and drift alerts on an ongoing connection. Pricing for paid tiers is quoted on request.

You agree not to (a) upload data you do not have the right to share, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, (c) use InfFyn to violate any law, or (d) use the service to build a competing product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfFyn and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service or any decision you make based on its outputs.

InfFyn's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amounts paid by you to InfFyn in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, for free-tier use, one hundred US dollars (US$100).

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Either party may terminate use at any time; sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
